How much to build a commercial warehouse?

My family and I want to make an indoor skate park inside a warehouse. How much would a 10,000 sq ft steel, commercial warehouse cost to build. What about block construction? We don't need any interior walls, just exterior walls. I know we need to talk to a contractor but we wanted a guess first. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
